Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with JiffyTax Pro, you may request a full refund within 21 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at within 21 days of your payment and we will process your refund promptly.

After the Refund Window

Refund requests made after 21 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to JiffyTax Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to JiffyTax Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or in error, please contact us within 30 days at and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Free Trial

JiffyTax offers a free tier so you can try the service before subscribing. We encourage you to use the free tier to ensure JiffyTax meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
