JiffyTax is owned and operated by Claudia Chopik, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. This refund policy explains our position on subscription payments made directly through jiffytax.ca via Stripe.
If you subscribed to JiffyTax Pro through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
If you subscribed directly through jiffytax.ca and are not satisfied with JiffyTax Pro, you may request a full refund within 21 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@jiffytax.ca within 21 days of your payment and we will process your refund promptly. Refund requests made after 21 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (for website purchases) or through your Apple ID account settings (for App Store purchases). Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to JiffyTax Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or in error on a website purchase, please contact us within 30 days at support@jiffytax.ca and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. For App Store billing errors, please contact Apple directly.
JiffyTax offers a free tier so you can try the service before subscribing. We encourage you to use the free tier to ensure JiffyTax meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
